I came back from the dollar store across the street from my apartment building about an hour ago. Shopping at the store always puts me in a good mood because I know I’m saving money. Most of the things I buy at the store are necessities (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, notebooks, laundry liquid, antiperspirant…). And most of the things I buy cost one dollar or a dollar and change. And even when I buy things that cost more than two dollars, they are still cheaper at the dollar store than they would be anywhere else.
You can’t beat that with a stick!
Hello hello hello, all my fans who live all over the world! The Old Soldier is reporting for duty.
Well, I won’t have any fun money to hang out in Little Italy for ten or twelve more days. I use this monthly down time to blog more, to read my library books, to clean my apartment and to more or less work on all the things that I neglect when I do have fun money in my pockets.
So, don’t cry for me. I still publish Pittsburgh’s #1 magazine of sex as art and entertainment.
