Hello, fans of girlie magazines who live all over the world with a special hello to all you readers and writers of erotic flash fiction in the audience!
How’s everyone doin’?
I’m just chilling out waiting for the Pirates baseball game on the radio (I like to listen to the game and watch silent films on YouTube at the same time). I’m doing a little tweeting. Messing around on Facebook. Checking out The Huffington Post and checking out other online magazines that use photos of nude women as part of their formatting.
(And I’m waiting for my fun money by snail mail so that I can get back to my beat in Little Italy.)
Today I checked out Maxim Magazine and Zoo Magazine. These magazines are very successful at what they do, but they both consider themselves “men’s” magazines and “lifestyle” magazines.
I don’t like to use the terms “men’s” and “lifestyle” for the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette; because The Gazette is for men and women. And it’s a magazine about writing. And it’s published by a writer for other writers.
Welcome to Pittsburgh’s premiere magazine of erotic flash fiction.
This is the Old Soldier reporting from Pittsburgh.
Hail to Pitt!
The thunder storms have finally faded away for the time being (after three days) and right now there’s more sunshine than clouds over the city and the high is in the 80s.
