Hello, hello, hello, all you rock ‘n’ rollers! In less than 24 hours I’ll be back on my regular beat in Little Italy, sitting at the bar in Armand’s and sipping on a 16 ounce can of Pabst Blue Ribbon while thinking deep thoughts as I contemplate the comings and goings on Liberty Avenue beyond the front window. Then it’s karaoke at Nico’s in Little Italy Saturday night.
This will be a very short blog post, shorter than usual. It’s just to let you know that I’m on the job. I can tell you this. The Gazette has just experienced two important milestones.
This version of my little girlie blog is only two years old. It went online in February 2014. Since February 2014, The Gazette has seen a steady increase in of visitors and page views every month.
Well, this morning visitors went over 7,000 and page views went over 24,000 for a single month for the first time ever. And I thank all of you.
I’ll post the exact numbers once February 2016 is history.
Hail to Pitt!
