Hello hello hello, all my fans who live all over the world with a special shout-out to my fans in Japan, land of the rising sun!
How’s everyone doing?
Even though I probably won’t get any beer money (my two pension checks) until next week I’m doing fine. It’s good to stop drinking for awhile and to step back and to reflect on life without alcohol clouding my vision…
I can’t wait to get back to Armand’s in Little Italy for my next beer or to get back to Nico’s in Little Italy for karaoke.
But I digress.
I’m happy to announce that I did finally get back into my Verizon account yesterday and after much confusion and backsliding I was able to figure out how to activate my online backup and sharing system. The system has been backing up my file of photos all night long. It should complete its task this morning. I have a lot of photos of nude women in that file. These are the photos I use in my posts. Now if (when) my computer crashes I won’t lose all these photos. As time goes on I’ll back up other important files.
The big news in The ‘Burgh today is the weather. I listen to the local 24/7 all news radio station. The announcers are constantly warning people about frostbite and hyperthermia. Today the high will be around 20 degrees. It’s supposed to be a sunny day all day long. From my workstation, I can see how the sunlight shines on the snow on several rooftops beyond my windows.
Since I’m retired, I don’t have to go outside. I might run across the avenue to the dollar store to pick up some snacks. I like to eat snacks when I don’t have beer.
Well, there’s not much going on here. I’ll spend time on my social media accounts and continue reading my library book on the Crimean War of 1853 to 1856 and putter around the apartment.
But don’t let my being stuck in my apartment keep you from exploring the site. There are now around 1,360 posts on this site. I’m sure you can find something that will entertain or inform or inspire you. I certainly hope so.
