Yes indeed yes indeed yes indeed you know you can’t beat those stats with a stick especially since the Pittsburgh Adult is a niche blog whose core audience is someone like me and I’m a heterosexual man who’s also a retired baby boomer who served in Vietnam but of course because of all of the things this blog covers the audience of this blog is much much much wider than people just like myself which is the beauty of the Pittsburgh Adult and I want to thank every one of you for these numbers and I promise to continue to produce for my readers the very best cutting edge online magazine of culture for adults that I can produce and now for my report for today and the number one thing I have to report for today is that in a few hours I will be back on my regular beat in Little Italy seeking creative inspiration at the bottom of a 16-ounce can of Pabst Blue Ribbon which is an inexpensive but good beer or at least it’s inexpensive at Armand’s which will be my first stop this morning.
I find Armand’s comfortable because there are a lot of people of my own age group who drink there but I also find drinking at Sonny’s Tavern comfortable even though most of the customers who drink there are in their 20s and 30s and many of them have also seen me perform karaoke as an art form at Sonny’s the first Sunday night of every month which gives me a certain amount of street credence so I’ll be stopping in at Sonny’s on my way back home from Armand’s for a quick one and I see I’m getting carried away talking about myself as if I lead an exciting life which I really don’t but a blog is supposed to be a record of thoughts and daily events and this blabbing about myself and my uneventful life gives you some insight into the man behind the blog, showing you his warts and all or in my case high blood pressure as I cut out salt and take the skin off my chicken and turkey and add raw garlic to the single meal I eat every day although I don’t eat until after I come back from Little Italy and never on the day that I sing karaoke do I eat garlic and I exercise and try to eat as little processed foods as possible to deal with my high blood pressure while increasing my consumption of vegetables and grains and this is where raisin bran cereal which I love comes into play so when you read this blog you are getting pretty close to the real man behind the blog which I hope is instructive to other bloggers who want to make money from their blogs too and that’s the name of that tune…
