I wonder where all that sunshine is that the weather forecasters promised for the Pittsburgh area today.
Hello hello hello, all my fans who live all over the world!
Well, in about an hour I’ll wander into Little Italy for a few beers at Armand’s. I sure hope the sun comes out soon. Cloudy weather bums me out. I’m glad I have karaoke at Nico’s in Little Italy to long forward to tonight.
This morning I had to deactivate the plug-in that gives me my stats for my indirect traffic. The plug-in must have gone bad or something because it was causing other technical issues. So I deactivated it and deleted it. The only problem now is I don’t have a plug-in for indirect traffic. I still get my stats for direct traffic, but about 95% of the traffic for this blog is indirect traffic. Direct traffic comes from search engines, my social media accounts and directories and when someone types in this site’s URL. Indirect traffic comes from RSS (Really Simple Syndication), email subscriptions, bookmarks and things like that. Now what do I do? I have no way of knowing how many visitors or how many page views I get every day. I’m sure there’s a solution. Oh, well.
Being the editor of Pittsburgh’s #1 magazine for adults is not as glamorous as you may think it is.
This is the Old Soldier reporting for the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette.
