Hello, hello, hello, all you rock ‘n’ rollers all over the world! The blogging day has begun. What adventures in blogging will we share today?
I can’t wait to get back to my beat in Little Italy later this week. I’ve been doing my deep breathing and stretching exercises religiously in anticipation of karaoke at Nico’s Saturday night (yes I phoned Nico’s and they will be open Saturday) and I don’t need to do any preparation for drinking beer at Armand’s Thursday morning.
But I digress…
The most important thing we have to look forward to in the January issue of The Gazette is a new flash fiction story by Heather Kinnane, the talented writer of erotica from Australia. I’ve published several of Heather’s stories and you don’t want to miss her latest effort.
Speaking of flash fiction by contributors, in my continuing efforts to move the finances of The Gazette out of the red and into the black, publishing a story by a paid contributor every month will be phased out to be replaced by a single special fiction issue in July.
So, add Heather’s flash fiction story to the usual suspects for January: commentaries, culture, movie reviews from Naked News, sexy stories from the archives and topless women and you are sure to find something to entertain or inform or inspire you.
This is Guy Hogan reporting for the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette.
Hail to Pitt!
Today in Pittsburgh it will be cloudy with a possibility of rain and a high around 54.
