Hello hello hello, all my fans who live all over the world with a special shout-out to all my fans in Africa!
How’s everyone doing?
Although I’ve seen very little sunshine today in The ‘Burgh like the weather forecasters predicted, it is around 50 degrees like they promised it would be. So, I decided to take a bus deeper into Oakland (my neighborhood) to the main branch of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh, the public library. I returned the two books I had that were due in a couple of days and checked out another book.
I turned in a book on Tennessee Williams and a book on the American Revolutionary War. I checked out a book on the Great Elector of Brandenburg Prussia.
Yes, I guess I’ve become an intellectual in my old age.
I rode the bus from Oakland to Armand’s in Little Italy for a beer and some peanuts. There wasn’t much going on at Armand’s and I don’t know if I’ll make it to Nico’s in Little Italy for karaoke Saturday night. It all depends on how I manage my fun money. I got a six-pack and left.
Show me the money!
