Hello, hello, hello, all you rock ‘n’ rollers all over the world!
The rain has finally moved out of the Pittsburgh area and now it will be an overcast day with a high around 65, fall weather in The ‘Burgh.
The Pirates were rained out yesterday. So the team will play a double header today (afternoon and evening games) against the Cardinals, the division leaders; but I think it is beginning to dawn on even hardcore Pirates fans that the chances of winning the division title are slim and none. There aren’t enough games left and the Cardinals only have to win one game against the Pirates or two against someone else to clinch the division title, leaving the Pirates to play a sudden death game to advance in the playoffs while the Cardinals will have the luxury of playing a series to advance toward the World Series. (Confused?)
But I’m not a hardcore baseball fan. I’m just a casual baseball fan. I’m a hardcore fan of blogging and karaoke. I’ll be working on this blog all day long and I’ll be at Nico’s in Little Italy Saturday night for karaoke.
