Hello, hello, hello, all you rock ‘n’ rollers all over the world! Guy Hogan is my name and flash fiction is my game.
How’s everyone doing?
I hope you’re doing as well as I’m doing. I got no aches or pains and I’ll be at Nico’s in Little Italy tomorrow night for karaoke and I publish a cool online magazine for adults that celebrates female sexuality.
You know you can’t beat that with a stick!
Not bad for a senior citizen…I just came back from Armand’s in Little Italy where I drank beer and shot the breeze with the clientele and listened to great rock ‘n’ roll on the jukebox. Ah, yes, the small pleasures of life.
Tomorrow Little Italy (Bloomfield) will host the annual Columbus Day Parade. I might check it out. Other ethnic groups besides Italians will be represented in the parade: like the Irish, Germans, Polish…but I don’t think Native Americans will be represented if you catch my drift.
Be sure to check out the front page of the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette before you leave the site. The front page is always in flux and you might have missed something.
This is Guy Hogan reporting from Pittsburgh.
Hail to Pitt!
Today in Pittsburgh it has been a mix of clouds and sunshine with a thunder shower and the high around 70.
The best fiction about sex is not about sex at all. It’s about relationships. It’s about character, no matter how explicit the sex may be.–Guy Hogan
