Hello, hello, hello, all you rock ‘n’ rollers! Welcome to The Gazette, the City of Pittsburgh’s magazine of culture for adults only. Guy Hogan is my name and blogging is my game.
I was out and about around nine this morning. I strolled to the supermarket in Little Italy for a little food shopping and then I retraced my steps to Armand’s for some conversation and a 16 ounce can of Pabst Blue Ribbon and I thought deep thoughts while keeping an eye on sun drenched Liberty Avenue as the day moved towards a warm 60.
I like the different versions of the new label (the magazine of culture for adults only) that I’ve come up with. It’s concise and spot on and it keeps me focused and it let’s a visitor know at a glance what this blog is about.
There is a real possibility that I’ll be at Sonny’s Tavern in Little Italy (it’s like three blocks from my apartment building) for karaoke Sunday night to put to the test once again my theory of karaoke as an art form…
But at this moment I’m flat on my back on the sofa with two fat pillows under my weary head, scribbling in a little notebook (I’ll transcribe this later), sipping on a can of beer, listening to sports on the radio (the Pirates lost and are now 5-5) as I watch one of my favorite gangbang videos (at the end of the video the young woman-an amateur-claims she had three to five orgasms and I believe her). Retirement is good.
Hail to Pitt!
This is Guy Hogan reporting for the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette, the magazine of culture for adults only.
