Dateline Pittsburgh: 10 April 2017
It’s to be a sunny day in Pittsburgh today with a high around 75 and I love it. I might stroll into Little Italy for a few beers at Armand’s and for some creative inspiration and socialization. When I picked up a 24-pack of 12 ounce cans of beer (it was on sale for $10.00 which is a steal) at the beer distributor right down the street from my apartment building earlier this morning the women (in my neck of the woods its mostly college women who are much too young for me) were already out in force in their yoga pants. It was butt city. It’s around 9:00 am as I scribble this in my notebook, but Armand’s opens around 10:30 a.m and I’m sure the older women will be out in force in Little Italy in their yoga pants and if I can get my usual bar stool in Armand’s that’s next to the window I’ll have a perfect view of Liberty Avenue.
Well, technically I’m still on vacation from blogging until the middle of this month but I’m ready to get back to work especially since I never got to sing karaoke at Sonny’s the first Sunday night this month since there was no crowd and the few people who were there the men out numbered the women five to one (it dawned on me that I really sing for the women) and it was getting later and later and no one was signing up to sing so impulsively I just left and the only good thing that came out of the night was I didn’t spend any money or rather I just spent for a can of beer and I left the bartender a one dollar tip. Talk about being temperamental.
The Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette is not only my personal journal (the days of my life) but it is also a magazine covering things like blogging, karaoke, sexy short stories, the female nude and Naked News videos. Don’t take a chance on missing a single blog post of the most original girlie magazine on the Internet. Bookmark the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette or take out your free email subscription today. Hail to Pitt!
“Although I have a passion for blogging it’s really difficult to come up with something interesting every day to blog about since I lead such an ordinary life but fortunately over the last three years I’ve built up an archive of around 2,300 blog posts and lots of them are pretty good even if I do say so myself and I do…”
