Yes, dear writer, submission guidelines do change. Even if you are a regular contributor to a publication, any publication, it is always a good idea to routinely check the guidelines.
There is one major change to the submission guidelines of the PittsburghFlashFiction: the word limit for flash fiction is now 500 to 750 words.
I decided to make this change because sometimes for some reason the computer will eliminate the formatting of a story over 750 words.
This doesn’t happen with my own stories that I type directly into a post; but I guess it happens to the stories of my contributors because I have to copy and paste their stories into a blog post.
