Hello, hello, hello, all you rock ‘n’ rollers! Guy Hogan is my name and blogging is my game. There will be more clouds than sunshine in The ‘Burgh today with a high around 66 and the possibility of rain showers in the morning. It’s a great day for reading and working on the Pittsburgh Flash Fiction Gazette.
Now that I’ve spent my fun money for March, it’s time for me to attend to all those issues I neglect while I’m hanging out in Little Italy the first half of every month. For instance, I’m eligible for a rent rebate in July. So I have to finish filling out the rent rebate form with documentation and getting it in the snail mail. I plan to use part of my rent rebate to pay my contributors for the special fiction issue of The Gazette scheduled for July.
And last night before going to bed I checked the stats page one last time and found several posts from two years ago had gotten several visitors. The problem was, these posts no longer fit in with the direction of the magazine. So I moved them all (about 25) to trash. That eliminated two Categories from the sidebar. I don’t like to move posts to trash, because that reduces your footprint on the Internet, but the posts no longer served the over-all vision of the magazine. Those are some of the things that go on behind the scenes of Pittsburgh’s only online magazine of blogging, erotic fiction, film, karaoke and topless women.
Now for Angie Heyward’s report.
Hail to Pitt!
